The closing has just happened!
We no longer are responsible for a house in Mystic, CT.
We no longer have to worry about two mortgages.
We no longer have to worry about the sales market, the cleanliness, the carpets,
the garden beds that I spent many hours of devoted time, etc.
No more long drives to check on the house, do repair work,
or try again to get it sold on the crashed market!
Thank you God for lifting this burden from my family!
The joy is just too much at this moment!
Now our lives can focus on our home near DC, making it everything we want
without the fears of taking care of another!
